Also represents individuals and organizations in all aspects of business law and provides a variety of legal services for clients in the aviation, construction, manufacturing and sales industries.

Mr. Wortham has represented individual entrepreneurs and large and small enterprises in a wide variety of business transactions. Much of his practice is focused on the representation of individuals and entities in many types of business transactions, including business acquisitions and dispositions, asset purchases and sales, succession planning for closely held businesses, real estate transactions, including acquisitions and leasing transactions, planning and structuring of new businesses, and business agreements such as service contracts, franchise agreements, employment agreements, licenses, loan and credit agreements, distribution and sales representative agreements and the like in many industries, including aerospace, construction and food services.
