Over 24 years experience practicing labor and employment law. Represents individual clients, corporate executives, small businesses, and unions in various labor and employment cases, including trials, arbitrations, mediations, appeals, collective bargaining, National Labor Relations Board proceedings and elections, and Railway Labor Act proceedings and elections. Disputes have involved the ADEA, FLSA, Title VII, ADA, ERISA, FMLA, collective actions, torts, personal injuries, non-compete agreements, emergency and injunctive relief, breach of employment contracts, discharge, claims of age, race, gender, national origin, and disability discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, overtime pay, and other employment matters. Works with federal and state agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Texas Workforce Commission – Civil Rights Division, National Labor Relations Board, and United States Department of Labor.

Has served as counsel in hundreds of employment and labor arbitrations dealing with discipline, termination, discrimination, contract interpretation, promotions, and performance issues. Counsel in hundreds of mediations in employment law disputes, including discrimination claims, non-compete agreements, commission disputes, employment contracts, and other employment law matters.
